Working from home has been such a blessing. There are times, however, when no matter how hard I try, I cannot escape our business. This has been particularly true in these last 2 days, as I’ve caught the flu. You see, I stayed in bed all day yesterday, and my computer taunted me. It whispered to me, “Come. Work.”
I refused.
“Come. Sit. Edit. Email. Blog.”
I stood firm in my resolve.
I’ll admit that once the children were tucked safely in their beds, I did work on a slideshow. Le sigh. Work wins again.
Today, I stumbled across this quote on Pinterest and had to share. It put things in perspective for me. If you’re a work-from-home-Momma, I hope it will help you, too!

I can’t believe that I get to raise our little ones, and run a successful business at the same time. Very, very grateful today.

Such a blessing to be able to run a successful business and raise your kiddos all at the same time! Ok let’s be honest – sometimes it might not feel like a blessing when everything is happening at once lol!) But I’m so happy for you! I’ve fairly recently embarked into the stay at home mom job and I love it! I’m excited to see what happens down the road as I pray and lean on His wisdom as I see where He path is leading me. <3
