September Goals With Grace

My goodness – it’s been ages since my last goals with grace post. Perhaps I should make blogging about my goals, one of my goals? Too much??

The reason things have been so quiet around here is because we just bought and moved into a new home. BIG goal accomplished. Hooray! The boxes are slowly disappearing and we’re feeling more and more comfortable here each day. No, it’s not our Plantation (read more about that here) but we are very excited, non the less.

I have 3 kids as well, one still at home and I seem unable to find any time to be productive:( how do you and others manage it?

    • Katie says:

Oh my goodness, I hear you! My advice to you is to ASK FOR HELP. Swap babysitting with friends, join a co-op, find a great local babysitter in your area who’s reasonable and get things done during nap time 🙂 You can do it!

  2. eliza says:

Haha I’ve been living in my apartment for an entire year now and I still haven’t finished unpacking! Love this goals of the month idea!

    • Katie says:

Eliza, I find that writing my goals out helps me accomplish them. Maybe you could set baby goals for your unpacking? Unpacking is the worst! 😉

  3. Kim says:

This is great! I love the honesty! I just had our second son in May and am trying to jump back on the bandwagon getting my Fall in order for work. If only I could get his nap schedule down so I can get stuff done during the day!

    • Katie says:

Kim, congratulations on the little one! Let yourself rest and work will come when you (and baby!) are ready 🙂
