We recently had the absolute privilege of spending an afternoon photographing Missy and Justin’s engagement session in San Diego. These two are to die for. Not only are they beautiful people, but they’re also caring, intelligent and hilariously playful with one another. Missy and Justin both graduated from USD, so is was only natural for us to sneak into its library to shoot! Imagine a beautiful room, rich with history and full of literature. The silence was continuously shattered by the click of our shutters, occasional giggles and high heels tapping across the wooden floors. Perfection.

We followed our time at the library with more USD campus exploration, and then a cloudy trip to the beach. We love photographing couples at two locations for their engagement session. One dressy, one casual…both important!

Missy is teeny tiny, so of course, it’s only natural that Justin would sweep her off of her feet and run toward the ocean with her. This totally unplanned moment made for some great images. We can not wait for their wedding this December!
