Where do I even begin? The workshop was so amazing. I think I smiled for three days following that fantastic Saturday! I had 10 lovely ladies join me for good food, great conversation, sponsored giveaways and a TON of learning. I’m so proud to say that all of these girls now have a better understanding of photography, feel more confident in using their camera, and have caught the photography bug! On a personal note, I’ve come to realize that I make really embarrassing faces when I’m excited, and my arms have a mind of their own. Yes, all of the images of me from the workshop are terribly embarrassing….

Our portrait session was a TON of fun. The girls were so brave, had many questions, and worked it! I was shocked when I got to take a peek at their images….exposing manually, lens flare…the works. EEEkkkkk!

Our little models, Dallas and Keegan, were so great to work with. They literally just sat and smiled for 45 minutes! They were so well behaved and absolutley adorable! Thanks a ton to momma Stacey for bringing them along.

To all of the Lovely Light ladies, I cannot thank you enough for your excitement, trust, commitment and all around wonderfulness. I’m so crazy about each of you, and love being on this journey of growth with you all. You are so brave, and I love you!
