At our workshop, we teach people about finding the loveliest of light, and using it to create soft, glowing portraits. Apparently, Mother Nature didn’t get that memo, and sure enough, it was dark, cloudy and cold during our workshop. I’m thrilled to say that despite her efforts to thwart our day of laughing and learning, Mother Nature could not stop us, and laugh, learn and shoot…we did.

On November 17, 2012, we held our second Lovely Light Workshop at the gorgeous Highland Springs Resort. I cannot tell y’all how proud I am of each and every one of these ladies. They came ready to learn, they faced their fears, they weren’t afraid to make mistakes and they left as better photographers because of it. Thank you, friends, for putting your trust in us, and allowing us to share a bit of our knowledge with you!
