Sarah and Brady had the definition of an unplugged wedding. They gathered under the California early morning sun, in the middle of the desert, and told their closest friends and family to leave their phones and cameras behind. No recording, not one single photograph, nothing. Their guests were to be fully present, and I heard that there wasn’t a dry eye to be seen. I was not present, my camera and I were not invited, and I wouldn’t have it any other way for this incredible couple. I have chills just writing about it.

My camera and I were invited to that very desert for portraits, though, and oh-how sweet our time together was! Sarah radiated joy – she could hardly contain her happiness and it showed in image and after beautiful image.
